Boca Warriors Send Strong Team to Junior Olympic Championships

The Boca Warriors turned in another outstanding performance at the 2026 AAU Regional Qualifier, earning numerous regional championships, podium finishes, and qualifying marks for the AAU Junior Olympic Games.
Competing against many of the region's top athletes, Warriors brought home multiple gold medals across distance races, field events, and combined events while many others secured top-six finishes to advance to the Junior Olympics.
By the end of the meet, Boca Warriors had once again demonstrated the depth of its program, with athletes qualifying across nearly every distance discipline.

🥇 Regional Champions
Several Warriors captured regional titles with impressive performances.
Katerina Skutnik
Katerina continued her remarkable season by winning the Girls 3000 meters, adding another regional championship to an already outstanding summer.

Diane Fiederer
Diane showcased her versatility by winning the 3000 meters while also earning silver in the Javelin, qualifying for Junior Olympics in two events.
Brayden Milek
Brayden captured the 3000-meter regional title before returning later in the meet to finish runner-up in the 1500 meters, qualifying in both events.
Barbarita Jedlicka
Barbarita earned the regional championship in the 3000 meters, delivering another gold medal for the Warriors.
Daniela Boucher
Daniela doubled up in spectacular fashion, winning both the 1500 meters and the 800 meters to become a double regional champion.
Camila Boucher
Camila also completed a distance double, capturing gold medals in both the 1500 meters and 800 meters, continuing one of the strongest seasons by any middle-distance runner in the region.
Brody Milek
Brody added another regional title to his résumé by winning the 1500 meters, while also earning silver in the 800 meters to qualify in both events.
Asher Fellman
Asher dominated the Decathlon, earning the regional championship after two demanding days of competition.

Team Depth on Display
One of the highlights of the meet wasn't just the medal count—it was the number of athletes competing in multiple events.
Several Warriors doubled back to race both the 800 and 1500 meters, while others balanced distance races with field events or multi-event competitions. That versatility speaks to both the athletes' preparation and the depth of the Boca Warriors program.
Next Stop: Jacksonville
With the Regional Qualifier complete, the focus now shifts to the AAU Club National Championships at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
Many of these same athletes will look to build on their regional success while competing against the nation's best in preparation for the AAU Junior Olympic Games later this summer.
