Turn your kids into the fittest athletes in South Florida.  Incorporating strength training, running, biking, swimming (with lessons), and racing.  Train for fall Cross Country, Triathlons, AAU & USATF Track and Field.

8:30 A.M - Wyman

Running practice is first, then strength training, bike ride to get a recovery drink, bike to pool workout, bike to lunch, after lunch more bike riding easy, arriving at one of Boca beach parks for another run them swim in the ocean, then bike back to Wyman. There may be a stop at a puppy store after lunch to chill and digest food.

Tips for all day tri-training:

*Bring snacks like banana, nuts, raisins, money for lunch ($5-$8), snack money like chocolate milk ($2-$3), pool money.

*Pool fees: Daily city residents ($2) and for non-residents ($4)

                         Month pass for residents ($11) and for non-residents ($22)

                         6-month pass for residents ($18) and for non-residents ($46)

*Bring a towel, bathing suit, goggle, and a sunscreen. A baseball hat keeps sun off the face.

*Make sure bike brakes work.  Gears are working, chain is cleaned and oiled. Bring a bike lock.  Helmet suggested.

On Thursday, June 20th, the City of Boca will provide a free half hour swimming lesson for up to 18 kids in 3-6 athlete shifts.

10:30-11:00, 11:00-11:30, 11:30-12:00

Our Day Camp activities include running practice, strength training with guest coach, biking, lunch, pet shop stop, swimming, and beach time.
